Would I be able to take on more than one job simultaneously?

No. You can only select one training at a time. Once training is completed, you may choose another job.

What is the pay for each job? What is the starting rate?

Pay differs depending on the job type and your assessment score. Your score will help determine which jobs are the best fit for you.

Do I need to pay anything to get started?

There's only one fee, which is a $30 background check fee. The background check is valid for up to 36 months. You will also need to provide your own equipment.

What are the age requirements to work at Independent Freedom Elevated?

You need to be at least 18 years old to work with our company

Are benefits offered while working with Independent Freedom Elevated?

Unfortunately, we only offer freelance/independent contractors positions, so employment benefits are not offered.

Am I responsible for handling my own taxes?

Yes, we do not withhold taxes from any payments to our employees. If you earn more than $600 in a year, you will receive a 1099 form. We strongly recommend consulting a professional tax specialist to understand eligible deductions and expenses for independent contractors.

Why is my background check still incomplete while everything else has been verified?

In many cases, background checks can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks to process, depending on the company's procedures.

I was registered for training, but now I see the job in my portal. What does this mean?

Unfortunately, you were removed from the training because you did not pass the background check.
